company founders
Fabrice Jaubert and Alain Kaskassian created ALFAGEL in 2005 in Marseille. They are both passionate about Provence and its gastronomic region and started their Alfagel adventure by acquiring the Maison de la Glace brand, a real local institution.
Driven by their ambition to innovate, to promote good products and to contribute to an ethical and sustainable economy, they have developed ALFAGEL, and today it is present in France and internationally. A history built on know-how, values and commitments.
