Creating recipes with short lists of ingredients, selecting natural and quality raw materials… innovation for Alfagel R&D always means developing a healthy product.<\/strong>Alfagel is the first manufacturer of organic sorbets on sticks in France and this is no coincidence.<\/p>\n\n

For consumers, ice cream is a pleasure product. Every year, Alfagel’s R&D team creates new flavours. All the recipes are subject to numerous tests and trials to enhance the natural taste of the ingredients,<\/strong> whether they are classic or more unusual flavours.<\/p>\n\n
Innovate to preserve the planet<\/p>\n\n
Alfagel has been a pioneer in eliminating fossil fuel-based plastics in its packaging. New generation production lines, low energy consumption factory with heat recovery, self-consumption photovoltaic plant… these are all areas of research in which Alfagel is investing to develop solutions aimed at limiting the impact of its production on the environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
